EXPERIENCE:  4 -6 yrs experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

1.    4+ yrs of experience in analysis, design and development in Java.
2.    In-depth knowledge of Core Java Concepts, Threads, JDBC and I/O etc. 
3.    Good knowledge in enterprise java concepts such as Transactions, Isolation levels, connection pooling, handling concurrency, and distributing computing like JSP and Servlet.
4.    Knowledge of Linux, Apache and J2EE Application server such as Weblogic or JBOSS.
5.    Should have hands on experience on Struts.
6.    Knowledge in Hibernate is a plus.

TECHNICAL SKILL:
- Core Java (Collection, Thread, OOP’s concepts, Networking, Exception handling). (Must)
- JSP-Session handling.
- Struts(6 months to 2 yrs of experience).
- Database (JDBC, Transaction, SQL Quires).
- UNIX.
- S/W designing.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
